The H beam welding line is different because we've decoupled the motors and the welding tip heads.  This Engineering approach ensures that each component performs it's exact job and is not adversely effected by another component through changes in hydraulic pressure or binding.  The H beam welding line uses variable hydraulic pressure to clamp flanges and web and the servo driven pinch roll drives deliver accurate welding speed control.  The process is monitored and controlled through a PLC and user friendly HMI interface.

This machine adopts AC inverter control, with stable running and fast traveling speed. The seam-tracking arc-guide mechanism is three-spindle system which guarantees correct alignment without aberrancy. The main frame and welding machine are integrated controlled with flux auto-recovering system, high-efficient and easy to operate. H-beam welding line can weld two pieces of beam at the same time and the web height of beam is not limited by the main machine.
